Our products are large can be heavy and difficult to transport. We have therefore partnered with and successfully used a specialist delivery company for over 10 years now.
After you place your order you will be sent and order confirmation from ourselves. Once your product is ready for delivery the delivery company will CONTACT YOU BY PHONE to arrange a suitable delivery date (they will not just land like a 'normal courier').
When you are contacted you can discuss any delivery requirements (time requests and access restrictions etc). The delivery drivers also endeavour to call you the day before delivery to confirm and also give you an approximate time of delivery.
Our delivery provider endeavours to provide a 2 person delivery team to minimise the need for assistance on delivery.
Delivery is to any mainland UK address using a specialist Home Delivery Company who we have worked in partnership with for many years. Unlike a normal 'courier' our Delivery Team will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date. The day before the delivery where possible the driver will be in touch again to give a better indication on the time of your delivery. The two man Delivery Team will also deliver the product to the location / room of your choice.
If in the unlikely event there are any damages or shortages to your delivery, please in the first instance call or email us within 48 hours to report this. Please also take photos of the delivery if possible.
We accept payment by most forms of Credit and Debit Card either via our website or over the phone (01388 817683).
Payment can also be made by PayPal or Bacs Bank Transfer.
If the products you require are over the minimum value required you can also apply for our interest free payment plan or one of the credit options. These are then handled by Deko our Finance provider.
