Our Delivery
We offer Free UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £750 with our in-house Delivery Team. Unlike many others, we believe in maintaining the highest standards of service, and that's why we've got our very own team to handle all aspects of delivery, ensuring a seamless and top-notch experience at every step of your order journey.
We believe in keeping you well-informed and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience. That's why we have a two-step text messaging system when you place an order with us. The first text message you'll receive is to confirm the week you will receive your order. It's our way of giving you a heads up to which week you will receive your delivery. If you cannot accept delivery that week, contact our team to rearrange. As we get closer, you'll receive a second text message. This text will give you the exact date of your delivery.
Once your delivery date is confirmed, our team will prepare your order to be delivered by our team. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a phone call from our drivers to let you know they are close to your chosen delivery address. When our drivers arrive, our two-person delivery team will offload your products and place them in the location/room of your choice.
