The shell kit includes high-quality SIP panels for the floor, walls, and roof, providing an insulated structure with excellent strength. Structural timbers are also provided to ensure a solid framework. For the base, we supply Visqueen to be placed between the concrete base and the SIP panels for added protection against moisture. A roll of waterproof, breathable membrane is included to cover the walls, keeping them dry and well-ventilated. All necessary fixings are provided, making our kits straightforward to assemble.
Optional extras are also available for those wanting to take your garden room to the next level. We offer the option to add a facia pack or rubber roof kit, or even add an additional window or door—the possibilities are endless.
