Please be aware that whatever colour handle you choose, the handle will be this colour on BOTH the inside and outside. If you require the handles to be dual colour, you will need to purchase a dual colour Black/White handle. If you require any other dual colours, you will need to call us separately and purchase the handles of the second colour you require. You must always fit your handles with the screws showing on the inside of the property only, due to security reasons.

Please note, all our white Aluminium French Doors have black gaskets and hinges as standard. Due to the way the hinges sit within the door leaves, they are the same width as the gasket, so will match in with the sight lines. If a white hinge was to be used, the continuity of the gasket line would be interrupted by the white hinges and detract from the sleek finish of the doors. White gasket is not an available option, so the black hinges must be used.

We offer a range of standard sizes with upgradable handle options. For those looking for a more personalised door, we offer a 'Design Your Own' service where you can choose your door colour, size, hardware, glass and many other specifications. As our doors are powder-coated, you can create a door in our “Design Your Own” section with any RAL colour. We also offer the option of sidelites to compliment your French Doors in both standard sizes and 'Design Your Own' sizes.

To ensure high security, these doors are internally beaded and include a multi-point locking system for both doors. All doors are manufactured in our factory to provide the highest quality across all products.

Who will deliver my product and how?

Our products are large can be heavy and difficult to transport.  We therefore have our own in house delivery team who are experienced in such deliveries. 

After you place your order you will be sent an order confirmation from ourselves.  Once your product is ready for delivery the delivery team will CONTACT YOU BY PHONE to arrange a suitable delivery date (they will not just land like a 'normal courier').

When you are contacted you can discuss any delivery requirements (time requests and access restrictions etc).  The delivery drivers also endeavour to call you the day before delivery to confirm and also give you an approximate time of delivery.

We endeavour to provide a 2 person delivery team to minimise the need for assistance on delivery.

Delivery is to any mainland UK address using our Home Delivery Team.  Unlike a normal 'courier' our Delivery Team will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date.  The day before the delivery where possible the driver will be in touch to give a better indication on the time of your delivery.  The two person Delivery Team will also deliver the product to the location / room of your choice.

If in the unlikely event there are any damages or shortages to your delivery, please in the first instance call or email us within 48 hours to report this.  Please also take photos of the delivery if possible.
