Once you enter your sizes you will see the options available (which is size dependent) the four options are;

 

Option 1 - French Door Only

Option 2 - French Door with a sidelite (fixed window) to the left*

Option 3 - French Door with a sidelite (fixed window) to the right*

Option 4 - French Door with a sidelite (fixed window) to either side

 

*As we supply the french door sidelites separate to the french doors you can decide on installation which side to fit it to.  The sidelites are supplied with an aluminium connector kit and trims to connect it to the french door.

Our French Door can open in or out please select your preference here.

Please select your master opening door (first opening door) here viewed from the outside looking in.

Both doors can be opened but one door must be selected as the first opening door.

If you select not to have a cill you have the option of;

Face drainage - We will place drainage slots in the front face with cover caps meaning any rain water will drain out of the front face of the frame to escape.

Concealed drainage - We will place concealed drainage slots on the underside of the frame to drain onto a existing cill.  Please note that if you choose this option that you have a suitable means of any water escaping from the bottom of the frame (for example onto an existing stone cill) and that it is not 'trapped' as that could potentially seep back into the property.  If  in doubt seek advise or always fit the product onto one of our standard 150mm cills.

Please select this option if you would like the handles on the inside of the door to be white, when you have selected a colour other than white above. You will be supplied with 2 extra white handle sets. Please always ensure that you fit with the screw fittings to the inside of the house for security purposes.

FAQs
Do both doors open and leave a clear opening?

Yes with all of our French Doors the Master (first opening door) can be opened for normal daily access then when the second door is opened the central 'meeting style bar' is attached to and travels with it leaving a clear opening.
How will my French Doors be delivered?

All of our French Doors are supplied as an unglazed set with the glass delivered separately for ease of delivery and fitting.

The door sashes can be lifted off the frame on the hinges for ease of installation.

The glass can then be glazed into the sashes after fitting the unglazed door set, using the glazing packers provided.  

With our combination sets (doors with sidelites) the sidelites are supplied separate with aluminium connector bar, fixings and covering trims.  To install the sidelite(s) the glass needs to be removed so we fit handy 'pull straps' under the bead for ease of removal.

As the sidelites are supplied separately if you order a combination set with only one side lite you can choose during installation whether to install it to the right or left hand side.

Who will deliver my product and how?

Our products are large can be heavy and difficult to transport.  We therefore have our own in house delivery team who are experienced in such deliveries. 

After you place your order you will be sent an order confirmation from ourselves.  Once your product is ready for delivery the delivery team will CONTACT YOU BY PHONE to arrange a suitable delivery date (they will not just land like a 'normal courier').

When you are contacted you can discuss any delivery requirements (time requests and access restrictions etc).  The delivery drivers also endeavour to call you the day before delivery to confirm and also give you an approximate time of delivery.

We endeavour to provide a 2 person delivery team to minimise the need for assistance on delivery.

Delivery is to any mainland UK address using our Home Delivery Team.  Unlike a normal 'courier' our Delivery Team will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date.  The day before the delivery where possible the driver will be in touch to give a better indication on the time of your delivery.  The two person Delivery Team will also deliver the product to the location / room of your choice.

If in the unlikely event there are any damages or shortages to your delivery, please in the first instance call or email us within 48 hours to report this.  Please also take photos of the delivery if possible.
